Production Operations Coordinator

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $55,400, based on a 40-hour workweek and standard benefits package. The hourly wage would be approximately $26.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay.
Job DescriptionAs a Production Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently setting up packaging equipment, accurately recording information on packaging notices, transfer sheets, and flushing sheets, performing line-level quality checks, and transferring finished lubricant to the packaging line. You will also perform minor maintenance on packaging equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of production processes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should have knowledge of lubricating oils, fluid transfers, pump and motor operations, and packaging processes. Additionally, you must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in both US and metric units, are also necessary.
