Psychologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team at an inpatient mental health facility in Madison, IN.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical psychological services in the assessment, testing, and treatment of patients diagnosed with severe mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with other psychologists and interdisciplinary treatment staff to deliver enhanced and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical, counseling, or forensic psychology from a regionally accredited university.
  • Hold a valid, active license as a psychologist with HSPP designation by the State of Indiana Psychology Board.
  • Knowledge of psychological theory, practice, and applicable laws pertaining to the practice of psychology in Indiana.
  • Forensically trained or forensic experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision/mentoring within scope of clinical license and applicable guidelines.

The successful candidate will be able to utilize various sources of data to determine changing clinical needs of the hospital population and plan/alter psychological practice accordingly.
