Job Title: Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team at Structural Group. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading construction crews and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively
* Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Provide training and guidance to crew members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in general construction with at least 2 years in a leadman or similar position
* Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight
* Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and execute to construction drawings and contract specifications
* Established commitment to safety
* Proven experience to produce look-ahead schedules and work with other construction documents as required by the project
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the customer, crew, and project teams
* Basic computer skills and construction math skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bi-lingual in Spanish/English
