Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to residents, exceeding company and regulatory standards
  • Assess and document resident conditions and nursing needs
  • Accurately implement physicians' orders and administer medications
  • Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
  • Document treatment as required and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure efficient use of supplies and equipment, and maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing
  • One year of nursing experience preferred
  • Valid LPN license for the state of Oklahoma
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
