The successful candidate will be tasked with providing legal guidance, drafting agreements, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.

Ideal applicants should possess a background in delivering legal support for commercial transactions and collaborating with various business units to facilitate efficient deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts
  • Aid in the formulation of proposals, supervise contract preparation, and guarantee compliance with contractual obligations
  • Advise internal stakeholders on the terms and conditions of agreements
  • Remain updated on compliance and regulatory matters pertinent to the industry
  • Ensure that organizational operations align with legal standards and regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • Active member of at least one State Bar
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution
  • Over 8 years of pertinent experience
  • Preferred in-house experience with a publicly traded company
  • Proficient in various types of agreements and contract negotiations
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, consulting, and analytical abilities
Salary Range: $175,000 - $198,000
