BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality, one-on-one care to our clients in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled RN to work in a private duty setting, providing personalized care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
- Document client progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Current valid nursing license in the state of New Jersey
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and overnights
- Competitive hourly rate: $32-$38 per hour, depending on experience and availability
