Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements recreation and athletic programs, activities, and events for diverse age groups.
- Coordinates and assists with various programs, including after-school activities, summer camps, sports leagues, and special events.
- Provides outstanding customer service by addressing user inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborates with colleagues to ensure successful event execution and participant satisfaction.
- Supervises play areas to ensure safety and maintain order.
- Engages in continuous learning and skill-building opportunities to enhance job performance.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in Recreation Administration or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of similar experience in recreation programming.
- CPR and First Aid certification required upon hiring.
