We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Trilogy Health Services - Travel. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LPN to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for assessing patients, administering medications, performing routine lab tests, and educating patients and their families about disease treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Lab Testing and Therapeutic Services: Perform routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services as needed.
- Education and Support: Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge and follow-up care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid LPN license and good standing.
- At least one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Ability to work every other weekend and holiday.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer:
- A competitive base salary: $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
- Additional hourly pay premiums for Regional Travel or Full Travel designation.
- Quarterly wage increases equivalent to 3% annually.
- Eligibility for shift differentials, weekend differentials, and referral bonuses.
