We are currently in search of a Textile Machinery Specialist. Our ongoing expansion has led to an opening in our Minneapolis location, and we are eager to find a qualified individual to become part of our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret and execute production work orders.
- Experience in cutting and sewing SEG's for a printing environment.
- Operate industrial-grade sewing machines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols associated with sewing machine operation.
- Monitor machine functionality and report any issues.
- Comprehend the requirements of the Sewing Department and consistently produce high-quality work.
- Follow standard operating procedures regarding work order management.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience as a machine operator or in a related position is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and machinery.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics.
- Basic knowledge of sewing machine mechanics and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to follow instructions precisely.
- Industry knowledge is a plus.
