We are currently in search of a Textile Machinery Specialist. Our ongoing expansion has led to an opening in our Minneapolis location, and we are eager to find a qualified individual to become part of our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately interpret and execute production work orders.
  • Experience in cutting and sewing SEG's for a printing environment.
  • Operate industrial-grade sewing machines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols associated with sewing machine operation.
  • Monitor machine functionality and report any issues.
  • Comprehend the requirements of the Sewing Department and consistently produce high-quality work.
  • Follow standard operating procedures regarding work order management.
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience as a machine operator or in a related position is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and machinery.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics.
  • Basic knowledge of sewing machine mechanics and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to follow instructions precisely.
  • Industry knowledge is a plus.
