About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team as a Global Immigration Counselor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to counsel clients on employment-based visas, analyze complex evidence and case documents, and create and prepare all necessary documentation for filing.

About This Role

  • Counsel clients on immigrant and non-immigrant visa options, including EB-1/2/3, E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1, dependent and derivative cases
  • Analyze complex evidence and case documents to prepare successful petitions
  • Create, compile, and prepare all necessary documentation for filing, including advance parole and work authorizations
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage case deadlines for multiple clients

Qualifications

  • JD degree and current valid license in any US state
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with all phases of major employment-based visa types
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English grammar must be excellent
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 based on location and experience. Our law firm offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.
