Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests from diverse backgrounds, creating a welcoming and inclusive experience.
  • Lift Operations: Safely operate, load, and unload ski lifts, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  • Logistics and Maintenance: Assist in daily lift operations, including snow removal, raking ramps, and performing lift preparation inspections.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to provide an exceptional experience for our guests, ensuring seamless communication and a positive team dynamic.
  • Ticketing and Access Control: Verify guest tickets and ensure accurate access control, maintaining a secure and efficient environment.
Requirements
  • Age 18 or older
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and push/pull up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Enjoyment of spending time outdoors in various weather conditions
