Cash Waggner & Associates Seeks Experienced Surveyor

Cash Waggner & Associates is currently seeking a skilled Professional Land Surveyor to contribute to the success of our projects through accurate fieldwork and precise documentation using the latest technologies and advanced equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and land survey staff on civil and site development, transportation-related design, and construction projects.
• Work on various projects, including streets, highways, airports, railroads, sewers, and site development.
• Manage and direct field crew activities.
• Review boundary research and field surveys, including route and property surveys, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of computer-aided drafting principles, practices, and instruments.
• Understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction specifications, plans, and regulations.
• Knowledge of industry-specific safe workplace principles and practices.
• Ability to manage office functions economically and efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor licensure in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan preferred, or the ability to become licensed in those and other states as needed within 6 months of hire.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel to various project sites.
• Ability to access and navigate job sites and construction areas.
• Ability to operate motorized equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors under various field conditions.

Salary and hourly wages are based on experience.
