We are seeking a passionate Child Development Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to colleagues.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and be recognized as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to children, including behavioral interventions and skill-building activities.
  • Supervise and train colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery and promote professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records and data collection to inform treatment decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other stakeholders.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary range of $60-$80 per hour for direct billable hours.
  • $15.00 per hour for indirect hours, including training, supervision, and travel time.
  • A sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time BCBA positions after completing 400 billable hours within six months.
