Estate Planning Paralegal

AlerStallings LLC is a leading estate planning law firm with a strong presence in Ohio, operating with close to 20 offices and a team dedicated to helping thousands of families navigate life's complexities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Estate Planning Paralegal/Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our CM Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, drafting legal documentation, and serving as the front-line support for client inquiries.

• Run client meetings and provide excellent customer service
• Draft start-to-finish legal documentation with precision and attention to detail
• Assist in all client support legal questions and provide timely responses

• Two (2) years+ of legal experience
• Excellent grammar, spelling, writing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams
• Willingness to travel between office locations, as needed
• Current Notary or willingness to obtain
• Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law experience preferred

• Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $85,000

8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-Hour lunch. Overtime pay is also provided.
