About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team at Round Table Pizza. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas to our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pizza Preparation: Prepare pizza dough by kneading and stretching according to Round Table Pizza standards.
  • Topping Management: Add toppings according to order or recipe.
  • Oven Management: Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens and manage pizza cook time in the oven.
  • Cutting and Plating: Cut and plate pizzas according to standard.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
  • Guest Requests: Meet special guest requests while ensuring same high-quality standards.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Production: Prepare portions and food items while setting up the kitchen before opening, following recipe guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations, prepping food, portioning food, stocking the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time, and ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Utility: Stock and restock supplies, break down and clean the kitchen, mats, and equipment at closing, sweep, spray, and mop floors, maintain sparkling clean restrooms, kitchen, and parking lot, make orders, check-in deliveries, label and date food for freshness rotation, and put away deliveries.
  • Other: Report to work on time in a neat and clean uniform, maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures, and perform other duties as directed by management.
