Job Opportunity

Cosmetix West, a leading contract manufacturer of beauty products, is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead the preparation and review of forecasts, ad hoc analysis, and other financial reports.
  • Prepare tax schedules and supporting documentation for the annual income tax return.
  • Provide analytical support to the Sales, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams, as well as company vice presidents.
  • Continuously improve and automate the financial planning and analysis process.
  • Conduct NPV/IRR analysis on capital purchases, engineering programs, and sales bid processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing background.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems is desired but not essential.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
