Role Overview

Kaine MGT has been serving the greater Chicago area since 1973, offering a range of services including currency exchange and retail sales. We are currently seeking a skilled Currency Exchange Specialist to join our team.

As a Currency Exchange Specialist, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, providing customer service, and performing administrative tasks. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Transactions: Manage cash transactions accurately, ensuring that all funds are accounted for and processed efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various duties such as opening and closing procedures, end-of-day audits, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Cash Handling: Proven experience in handling cash transactions, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to count money accurately and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card Holder: Must be a US citizen or possess a valid Green Card to work in the United States.
