About the Role

Aveanna Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Case Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile patients in the school setting.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
