Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team as a Front End Software Developer. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for establishing a new engineering team from the ground up and supporting their career growth. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a team of front-end or full-stack engineers, ensuring you provide mentorship to junior team members and technical support to the entire team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with your team to enhance the user experience and optimize the performance of related systems and platforms.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and development.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing or leading a software engineering team, including providing technical guidance and fostering team growth.
  • Proficient in software programming with a strong track record of good code design and adherence to high coding standards.
  • Extensive knowledge of data structures, algorithm design and analysis, and networking principles.
  • Practical experience with front-end libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or other similar technologies.
  • Skilled in addressing and resolving CSS/JavaScript cross-browser compatibility issues and optimizing front-end performance.
  • Familiar with at least one programming language from Java, Golang, Python, or C++, and knowledgeable in using common databases and messaging frameworks, including MySQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.
  • Experience with full-stack development is considered an asset.
  • Excellent abilities in software design and problem-solving.
