Current Opportunities:
Given the extensive number of ongoing cases across California, there is an immediate need for additional transactional attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate, draft, and review various legal documents, including settlement agreements for class actions.
- Prepare and revise class action notices, claim forms, and associated documentation.
- Draft and review motions seeking court approval for class action settlements.
- Oversee class action administrators to ensure compliance with court directives.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in California with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Willingness to travel occasionally is required.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to joining a successful team of over 25 attorneys dedicated to addressing workplace injustices.
