Job Summary

The Food and Nutrition Department at Della Infotech is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at the Norman Regional Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department to ensure quality services for our patients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations
Serve as subject matter expert and coordinate process improvement projects
Lead teams and establish deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions
Specialize in the planning, management, and execution of patient-centered projects

Requirements

Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and an Oklahoma State license
Must obtain a food handler's permit from Cleveland County Health department before hire
Six months of clinical experience in an acute care facility

Additional Requirements

Some weekends
None on-call requirements
