We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining all HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical systems, equipment, and other associated components.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as-found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
- Monitor the operation and make adjustments on refrigeration, heat exchanger, HVAC, electrical, emergency backup systems, and hot water systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all base building and critical system equipment, including assembling tools, supplies, and instruments necessary to complete the job.
- Install and repair plumbing/piping/tubing, wire single and three-phase motors, and install and rebuild pumps and motors.
- Ensure that all appropriate R&M data is captured on a work order and review and analyze system data to develop initial recommendations on maintenance changes, upgrades, or replacements.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
- EPA Section 608 Universal certification.
- Minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.
- Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.
