As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to our residents, promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in accordance with established Care Plans.
  • Interact with residents, family members, co-workers, and clinical and ancillary staff in a non-judgmental, supportive, and calm manner.
  • Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop effective care plans.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.

Requirements:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights

Work Environment:

Long term care, nursing home setting

Job Type:
