Electronics Manufacturing Associate

About the Job:
We are hiring an Electrical Assembler to join our team in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will have experience in performing medium electronic and electromechanical subassembly and assembly work, as well as intermediate harness and PCB assembly.
Key Tasks:
- Assemble and test complex electronic circuits and systems.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Operate equipment such as drill presses, grinders, and sanders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and productivity.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, electronics manufacturing, and mechanical principles.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $17.88 - $26.83 per hour, depending on experience.

Work Details: Irvine, CA location, 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 5am-1:30pm.
