Key Responsibilities of this Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Busser at Kankakee Country Club.

  • Menu Item Preparation

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing menu items in the exact detail outlined on each ticket and for correcting the menu item with the chef before delivering the menu item if it is not meeting the exact specification on the ticket.

  • Table Setting and Maintenance

The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards, organizing the plates in the window and matching each one with each ticket to run the food out to the tables, and for ensuring that each table is properly reset when guests leave.

  • Customer Service

As a Busser at Kankakee Country Club, you will be working closely with servers to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is truly memorable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of one month's related experience or training.

  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatness.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
