We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Hat Creek Burger Company in Fulshear, TX. As a member of our Back-of-House team, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality food for our dine-in and to-go customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients and cooking food to order according to our standard operating procedures
• Accurately recording food waste and maintaining proper food temperature and storage
• Unpacking and storing incoming inventory and truck orders
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
