ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing in-patient cardiac rehabilitation to patients meeting defined criteria for Phase I
- Data collection and management for cardiology quality initiatives (AMI/HF Core Measures, Get With The Guidelines CAD/HF and ACS/Chest Pain)
- Participating in departmental and hospital performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse licensure and a Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree
- Inpatient RN experience
