Plumbing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team at Wilkinson Companies. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of plumbers, ensuring the safety of crew members, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

• Supervise and lead a team of plumbers to achieve project goals and objectives
• Ensure the safety of crew members and adherence to OSHA guidelines
• Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines and budgets
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders
• Monitor and improve productivity and quality control
• Perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting

• Valid Journeyman plumbing license
• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, and dependability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• OSHA 10 certification
• Prior experience with Pro Core construction software is a plus
