Job Summary

We're seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, who will help patients with debilitating conditions improve their daily living skills and motor functions in the comfort of their own homes. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll administer skilled care to clients, teach family members and other healthcare professionals, and work under the direction of our Branch Director.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve daily living skills and motor functions
  • Administer skilled care to clients, including intermittent professional services
  • Teach family members and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
  • Work under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
  • Minimum of one year of experience, or less with Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services approval
  • Medicare home health experience preferred
