Job Summary

We are seeking an adjunct instructor to teach Principles of Pathophysiology at Mercy College of Health Sciences. This course provides students with a foundational understanding of the physiological disruptions associated with injury and disease at the molecular, cellular, and organ system levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver course content in alignment with the established course description and learning outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, discussions, and interactive activities.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and class participation.
  • Maintain communication with students to provide support and feedback.
  • Utilize the college's learning management system to share resources and post grades.
  • Participate in and seek out quality improvement opportunities.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
