Carondelet St. Marys Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry Unit as a full-time night shift nurse. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective and efficient care.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and address patient needs.
- Assess and document patient status, including physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient problems and goals.
- Provide education to patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
Requirements
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
