Job Description

Clayton Services is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Associate to join our team in North Houston. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, loading, and cycle counting, to ensure efficient and accurate handling of merchandise and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Tasks:

  • Efficiently receive, stage, and process inbound merchandise accurately and promptly.
  • Sort, scan, stage, and wrap completed orders for loading.
  • Verify orders for accuracy and ensure proper loading sequence.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Stage orders for pickup, notify customers and process shipping paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic cross-functional team setting while meeting deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers an estimated $19.00 - $21.00/hour salary, with excellent benefits available after completing the temporary period, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more.
