Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at G-TECH Services, Inc. This is a temporary position that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing pharmacy services, including processing prescriptions and handling customer inquiries.
  • Work with a team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of pharmacy-related tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college preferred.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred.
  • Two to four years of experience in specialty and/or retail pharmacy, with a focus on prior authorization requests and claims processing.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, with occasional requirements to work in Southfield or South Lyon locations if necessary. The ideal candidate will have a dedicated workspace that is free from noise and disruptions, and is able to protect confidential information.
