Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating students with speech, language, and communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and Treatment: Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities, and create individualized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, using evidence-based practices and techniques to promote effective communication.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs, and participate in IEP meetings to contribute to educational plans.
  • Record Keeping and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress, and use data to inform treatment decisions and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively within a school environment, and a commitment to providing high-quality services to students.
