Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and situations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
- BLS certification required; ACLS may be required in designated departments.
