IT Enterprise Project Manager

As an IT Enterprise Project Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, you will play a critical role in supporting the Department of Defense's mission to keep our country safe and secure. Your primary function will be working within Special Access Programs (SAPs) to provide day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule, de-conflict, and coordinate routine maintenance activities and task/project efforts to minimize production systems and service downtime.
- Responsible for the full range of matters pertaining to all assured information systems under the customer's cognizance.
- Directly support the government lead and provide day-to-day planning and oversight for the customer's data centers, networks, telecommunications infrastructure, servers, systems, services, and applications.
- Maintain an overall health and status awareness of all assigned resources and projects through effective and flexible resource and task management.
- Conduct daily operations stand-up meetings with the applicable contractor IT workforce to review operational status and planned work for the day; provide applicable updates to customer leadership as required.
- Support the continuous improvement program for IT and develop recommendations for idea, process, and technology improvement to overall IT management.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 2+ years of SAP experience required.
- Demonstrated experience managing dispersed teams with the responsibility for project execution comprising at a minimum information systems operations, administration, and security.
- Demonstrated support management of enterprise systems to include security, capacity, performance, availability, and facility support elements (i.e., power/cooling).
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years).
- IAT Level II - within 6 months of hire (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, etc.).
- Program Management Professional (PMP) within 6 months of hire or possess a DAWIA PM Level III certificate.
- Highly preferred: GSLC, CISSP, or CISM.
- TS/SCI required.
- Must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
- 10-25% travel.
