Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a current Oregon license and at least two years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Outpatient settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need
  • Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Requirements:
  • Current Oregon license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • At least two years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Outpatient settings
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 current Clinical References
  • Physical and TB Records
  • Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
  • Ability to pass background/urine drug screening
