About This Opportunity

Join our team as a Product Insights Specialist and help us make buying, selling, renting, and living in homes easier and more rewarding for everyone. In this role, you will be responsible for creating full funnel reporting for the New Homes / New Construction business to understand consumer behavior, engagement, and retention across all platforms.

You will work collaboratively with marketing, product, and engineering teams to establish measurement best practices for experimentation and optimization. Partner closely with machine learning teams to determine the best way to optimize for desired KPIs.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create full funnel reporting for the New Homes / New Construction business to understand consumer behavior, engagement, and retention across all platforms
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and engineering to establish measurement best practices for experimentation and optimization
  • Partner closely with machine learning teams to determine the best way to optimize for desired KPIs

What We Offer

  • Four-year college or university degree in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, information management, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of related experience in analytics or data science
  • Rustic analytics skills and ability to work with and analyze large volumes of complex data
