Job Description: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at AMMEGA. This role involves conducting quality inspections, testing, and documenting results to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with production teams, engineers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Systems Compliance: Ensure adherence to company quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform regular inspections on products and components during various stages of the manufacturing process, including receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Calibration of Equipment: Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing and measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Work with engineers and managers to identify the root causes of quality issues and assist in the development of corrective actions.
  • Process Audits: Perform random sampling and audits of processes to ensure continuous compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree in quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years experience in manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Experience with quality testing tools and equipment, working knowledge of ISO 9001, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
