Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure solutions
  • 3+ years of providing exceptional customer service
  • In-depth knowledge of private, hybrid, and public cloud technologies
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and its productivity tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Experience with automation and scripting tools
  • Knowledge of backup methodologies for data archiving
  • Understanding of Change Management principles and ITIL practices
  • Proven ability to provide high-level support independently
  • Adaptability and openness to change
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies are advantageous

Essential Responsibilities

In our fast-paced technology landscape, responsibilities may evolve. Initially, you will focus on the following key activities:

  • Administer and support cloud systems across public, private, and hybrid environments
  • Manage customer offerings related to Messaging and the M365 Productivity Suite
  • Compile and analyze reports and data as required
  • Ensure timely responses to engineering support requests
  • Continuously improve and refine engineering processes
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation
  • Work effectively in a 24/7 dynamic environment
  • Engage in special projects and strategic initiatives aligned with UFS priorities
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
