Job Summary

The EMT-Paramedic is a critical member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in emergency situations. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing and patient care, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze patient health data to identify expected outcomes and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement interventions and evaluate patient progress towards attainment of outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and address multicultural and age-appropriate needs.
  • Provide clinical support to physicians and other personnel, and contribute to performance improvement activities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Graduate of an accredited EMT-Paramedic program.
  • Valid Georgia EMS Paramedic license.
  • BCLS certification required annually.
  • ACLS certification encouraged.
