  5. Merchandise Management: Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as directed by management.
  6. Product Knowledge: Utilize ZNET to assist customers with product location and recommendations, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information sources.
  7. Tech Support: Assist customers with technical issues related to products and services, providing accurate and helpful advice and guidance.
  8. Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding customer concerns and employee matters, developing and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and experience working in a retail environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise (up to 50 pounds)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
