LaSalle Network is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy of a small, privately held manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as experience in managing cash flow, investments, and debt.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and debt.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR department on benefits administration, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall business strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a CFO or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong ethical character and integrity.
