Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time First Shift Associate for Assembly work. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for preparing boxes for loading, visually inspecting product, loading product, and stacking finished cases to ensure efficient and quality-oriented production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare boxes for loading and visually inspect product to ensure quality standards
  • Load product and stack finished cases to ensure efficient production
  • Perform general housekeeping of the work area and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Assist operators with routine start-up and shut-down procedures and changing packing materials
  • Salvage and re-pack product that does not meet quality requirements
  • Work at various packing positions as needed, including other areas and departments in the plant
  • Work overtime as needed to meet production demands
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for approximately 10 hours and 50 minutes of a 12-hour shift
  • Good eyesight for constant inspection of product
  • Ability to bend frequently when making boxes
  • Ability to lift and move items, including product, boxes, and cleaning supplies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
