We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities- Manage projects in both private and public sectors of land development
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Assist with design aspects of projects using Civil 3D
- Maintain ongoing client relationships and pursue new professional connections
- Prepare technical sections of project proposals and participate in interview presentations
- Plan, organize, direct, and control project team activities
- Ensure quality control and serve as the primary client contact for each project
- Set goals, evaluate staff performance, and serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced staff members
- Coordinate staff resources with other Project Managers and Principals throughout the company
- Participate in contract negotiations, approve client billing, and secure contract amendments
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience working in Civil Engineering (Land Development/Site Design)
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Strong knowledge/background with Civil 3D
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations
