Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence: Proactively up-sell and cross-sell AAA products, including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
  • Travel Planning: Assist members in organizing domestic travel plans, including car rentals, hotel bookings, vacation packages, maps, tour guides, and trip itineraries.
  • Customer Service: Manage incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak periods, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: A minimum of six months of sales and customer service experience is required, showcasing your ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging customers and conveying the value of AAA memberships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate multiple websites and applications efficiently, demonstrating essential computer skills for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Geographical Knowledge: Basic understanding of geography is advantageous.
  • Education: A High School Diploma or GED is the minimum educational requirement.
  • Background Check: Successful completion of pre-employment and post-employment screenings, including criminal, drug, and state-specific checks.

This position may require obtaining necessary membership licenses or other certifications as needed to perform essential job functions.
