Position Summary
As a Clinical Pharmacist at WELLDYNE, you will operate under the supervision of the Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Address pharmacy service-related inquiries in accordance with company protocols to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage communications with patients and healthcare providers, while reviewing and assessing prescriptions.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Maintain precise records of controlled substance inventory.
- Engage in pertinent meetings and contribute to the training of pharmacy personnel.
- Follow company policies and keep abreast of industry changes.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide necessary drug information to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid and active RPh license.
- Capability to secure licenses across multiple states as required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
- Understanding of drug storage and dispensing regulations.
