Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Culinary Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional client and customer satisfaction through outstanding culinary support.

Position Details

  • Reporting To: Director of Culinary Operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver frontline culinary expertise and support.
  • Assist in managing food costs, menu development, procurement, and adherence to food quality standards.
  • Contribute to menu planning and execution of catering events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to launch new culinary initiatives.
  • Oversee cost management and budget adherence for the account.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in culinary management.
  • Background in various food service settings such as restaurants, corporate dining, or healthcare.
  • Hands-on culinary experience is essential.
  • Preferred experience in high-volume catering and complex food service operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, quality control, and presentation.
  • ServSafe Certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Associate's degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
