We are seeking a Permanent Cost Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial analysis and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Cost Analyst, your primary duties will include:

  1. Conducting thorough financial analyses to uncover trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  2. Preparing and posting accurate journal entries in accordance with our accounting standards.
  3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  4. Utilizing ERP software for various accounting tasks and reporting.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in cost accounting within the manufacturing industry.
  3. Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  4. In-depth knowledge of GAAP and SOX regulations.
  5. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  7. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly.
  8. A proven track record of driving process improvements.
  9. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
