Compensation: $12.50 per hour, Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available.

About the Role:
This position is for Autumn Care of Drexel located at Morganton, NC 28655. As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you will clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas, provide efficient laundry delivery services, and assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents under the direction of the supervisor. Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas
  • Provide efficient laundry delivery services
  • Assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents

Requirements:
  • Must be flexible with schedule.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
